Links are working well and many users are downloading perfectly, if u are browsing from mobile, the files are in pdf formart, so mobile devices they may not load within in page... i advice u to browse from a desktop or high end mobile device. After opening a topic page, wait for the PDF Document to load, as the size is more than 3 Mb, it will take time to load..... once it loads u can save the document.
