How to face an Interview?

                

The interview conducted for job   selection attempts to assess the suitability of the candidate for a specific job, evaluating more importantly his or her personality traits than academic or professional knowledge. Success with top position in interview can best be accomplished by grasping its essentials, understanding its technique and mastering it by purposeful training. The interview is not meant merely to test the knowledge of the candidate in some given subjects or fields. Therefore, you cannot expect to score in the interview by just providing the correct answers to the questions posed by the Board to you.
