1. When does the Commission notify the posts?
The Commission notifies the posts after vacancies for the post is reported to the commission by the respective Appointing Authority/ Unit Officer after obtaining finance clearance and other necessary permissions from the Government.
2. How can a person know about the vacancy?
Once the Commission receives the indent/requisition from the unit officers with due permission from Government, Commission will publish the Notification on the Commission’s website and a brief notification in the daily newspapers.
3. What are the precautions a person for applying to a post?
Candidates are advised to go through all the details given in the Notification before applying for a post.
4. What is the minimum basic qualification for the posts notified by TSPSC?
The qualification and other eligibility criteria will be mentioned in the Notification.
5. Can a Candidate studied in other State also apply for the Notifications issued by TSPSC?
The Candidates belonging to other state are also eligible to apply, but they will be considered as OC under Open Competition.
6. Is community reservation applicable for other state candidates?
There is no Reservation for other State candidates they can apply under OC category.

Other state candidates treat as OC... I am applied in Karnataka Gujarat and Madhya pradesh... I written prelims for KPSC in April 19...I eligible for General Merit post about 58 in 440 total post s similarly GPSC I am eligible for 110/340 post... but you need to Qualify local language of respective state...
In Karnataka has horizontal reservation for Kanada medium candidates, Rural candidates and ex service ..it mean Karnataka open candidates also eligible for 58 posts only...

ఈనాడు, హైదరాబాద్: ప్రకటన వెలువడి నాలుగేళ్లయినా...రాత పరీక్షలు, ముఖాముఖీలు పూర్తయినా... ఉద్యోగానికి నోచుకోక త్రిశంకులో కొట్టుమిట్టాడుతున్న 2011 గ్రూప్-1 అభ్యర్థుల కథ ఓ పట్టాన ముగిసేలా లేదు. సుప్రీంకోర్టు ఆదేశాల మేరకు మళ్లీ రెండు రాష్ట్రాల్లో (తెలంగాణ, ఆంధ్ర) మెయిన్స్ పరీక్ష నిర్వహిస్తామని ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ పబ్లిక్ సర్వీస్ కమిషన్(ఏపీపీఎస్సీ) చేసిన ప్రతిపాదనను తెలంగాణ తోసిపుచ్చుతోంది. రాష్ట్రం రెండుగా విడిపోయాక... తెలంగాణలో ఏపీపీఎస్సీ ఎలా పరీక్ష నిర్వహిస్తుందంటూ అభ్యంతరం వ్యక్తంచేసింది. దీనిపై అవసరమైతే సుప్రీంకోర్టులో కౌంటర్ వేయాలని తెలంగాణ భావిస్తున్నట్లు సమాచారం. ఉమ్మడి ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్లో 2011లో గ్రూప్-1 ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీకి ప్రకటన వెలువడింది. 2012 మేలో 314 ఉద్యోగాలకు ప్రాథమిక (ప్రిలిమ్స్), సెప్టెంబరులో ప్రధాన (మెయిన్స్) పరీక్ష నిర్వహించారు. ఆ తర్వాత అర్హులకు మౌఖిక పరీక్షలూ జరిపారు. ఇక ఉద్యోగ నియామక పత్రాలివ్వటమే మిగిలి ఉందన్న దశలో... ప్రాథమిక పరీక్షలో ఆరు తప్పులున్నాయంటూ కొంతమంది అభ్యర్థులు న్యాయస్థానాల్ని ఆశ్రయించారు. కేసు సుప్రీంకోర్టు దాకా వెళ్ళింది. ప్రాథమిక పరీక్షలో తప్పులను తొలగించి... తదనుగుణంగా రూపొందించే తాజా మెరిట్ జాబితా ప్రకారం ప్రధాన పరీక్షను మళ్లీ జరిపి అందులో అర్హులైన వారికి మౌఖిక పరీక్ష నిర్వహించాలని సుప్రీంకోర్టు ఆదేశించింది. అందరికీ కాకుండా తప్పుల వల్ల నష్టపోయిన అదనపు అభ్యర్థులకే పరీక్ష పెడతామన్న ఏపీపీఎస్సీ విజ్ఞప్తిని ఈ మార్చిలో సుప్రీంకోర్టు అంగీకరించలేదు. దీంతో సుమారు ఏడున్నర వేల మందికి మళ్లీ ప్రధాన పరీక్ష నిర్వహించాల్సిన పరిస్థితి తలెత్తింది. వీరిలో తెలంగాణ, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ అభ్యర్థులున్నారు. పరీక్ష నిర్వహించటానికి సమాయత్తమైన ఏపీపీఎస్సీ... రెండు రాష్ట్రాల ప్రభుత్వాలకూ లేఖలు రాసినట్లు సమాచారం. కొత్త రాష్ట్రంగా ఏర్పడిన నేపథ్యంలో తెలంగాణలోని పోస్టులకు, అభ్యర్థులకు ఏపీపీఎస్సీ పరీక్ష నిర్వహించటానికి తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం నిరాకరిస్తున్నట్లు తెలిసింది. తెలంగాణ పబ్లిక్ సర్వీస్ కమిషన్ అభిప్రాయాన్ని కూడా ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకున్నట్లు సమాచారం. 'తెలంగాణలో తెలంగాణ విద్యార్థులకు, తెలంగాణ పోస్టులకు పరీక్ష నిర్వహించే అధికారం ఏపీపీఎస్సీకి లేదు. తెలంగాణ పబ్లిక్ సర్వీస్ కమిషన్కు ఆ హక్కుంటుంది. లేదనుకుంటే రాష్ట్ర పునర్వ్యవస్థీకరణ చట్టం ప్రకారం తెలంగాణ కమిషన్ ఏర్పడేదాకా యూపీఎస్సీ ద్వారా నియామకాలు చేపట్టాలి. పైగా...మా రాష్ట్రంలో అప్పుడున్న ఖాళీలు ఇప్పుడు లేవు. విభజన తర్వాత పరిస్థితులు మారాయి. కాబట్టి పాత కేసైనా మేం తాజాగా నిర్ణయించుకుంటాం. మా మెరిట్ జాబితా మాకివ్వండి. వీలైతే మా విద్యార్థులకు మేమే పరీక్ష పెట్టుకుంటాం. దీనిపై అవసరమైతే సుప్రీంకోర్టు తలుపుతడతాం అని తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వ వర్గాలు వెల్లడించాయి. 'దీనికి రాష్ట్ర విభజనతో సంబంధం లేదు. న్యాయస్థానం ఆదేశాలతో జరుగుతున్న పరీక్ష ఇది. ప్రభుత్వాలు రెండూ కలసి కూర్చొని మాట్లాడుకోవాల్సిన అంశం అని ఏపీపీఎస్సీ వర్గాలు వ్యాఖ్యానించటం గమనార్హం.

ఈనాడు, హైదరాబాద్: రాష్ట్రంలో ఖాళీగా ఉన్న ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీకి తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం రంగం సిద్ధంచేస్తోంది. లక్ష ఉద్యోగాలు భర్తీచేస్తామని ప్రభుత్వం ప్రకటించి ఏడాది కావస్తున్నా ప్రక్రియ మాత్రం ప్రారంభం కాలేదు. జూన్ 2న రాష్ట్రావతరణ దినోత్సవం సందర్భంగా నియామకాల షెడ్యూల్ను ప్రకటించేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం కసరత్తుచేస్తోంది. శాఖలవారీగా ఖాళీపోస్టుల సమాచారాన్ని ప్రభుత్వం ఇప్పటికే తెప్పించుకుంది. తాజాగా శనివారం వివిధ శాఖల్లో ఖాళీల వివరాలపై నివేదికలను కోరింది. వాటిని కూడా పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకుని అత్యవసర పోస్టులను ప్రాధాన్యక్రమంలో భర్తీ చేసేందుకు తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర పబ్లిక్ సర్వీస్ కమిషన్ (టీఎస్పీఎస్సీ) ప్రణాళికను రూపొందిస్తున్నట్లు సమాచారం. తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పడి ఏడాదవుతోన్న నేపథ్యంలో ఈ సంవత్సరంలోగా భర్తీచేసే పోస్టుల వివరాలను ప్రకటించాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి కేసీఆర్ యోచిస్తున్నట్లు సమాచారం. వచ్చే డిసెంబరులోగా 26వేల పోస్టుల వరకు భర్తీ చేయాలన్న వ్యూహంతో ప్రభుత్వం ఉన్నట్లు తెలిసింది. సంబంధిత ప్రకటనల జారీకి వీలుగా టీఎస్పీఎస్సీని కూడా అప్రమత్తం చేసినట్లు సమాచారం. ఈ క్రమంలో జూన్ తొలివారంలోగా మూడువేల పోస్టుల భర్తీకి ప్రకటనలు జారీకావచ్చని టీఎస్పీఎస్సీ అధికారులు చెప్తున్నారు. రానున్న రెండుమూడు నెలల్లో మరో 15 వేల పోస్టుల భర్తీకి కూడా టీఎస్పీఎస్సీ సమాయత్తం అవుతున్నట్లు తెలిసింది.

టీఎస్పీఎస్సీ ద్వారా వివిధ కార్పొరేషన్ల పరిధిలోని ఖాళీలను సైతం భర్తీచేయించాలని సర్కారు నిర్ణయించింది. ప్రభుత్వ శాఖల్లోని ఖాళీల భర్తీ వ్యవహారాలనే ఇప్పటివరకు పబ్లిక్ సర్వీస్ కమిషన్ చూస్తోంది. ఇకనుంచి ఆ నియామకాలు కూడా టీఎస్పీఎస్సీ ద్వారా జరగనున్నాయి. తొలిదశలో తెలంగాణ బెవరేజెస్ కార్పొరేషన్లోని 300 ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీకి టీఎస్పీఎస్సీ త్వరలో నోటిఫికేషన్ జారీ చేయనుంది. దీన్ని ఉన్నతాధికారి ఒకరు శనివారం 'ఈనాడు'కు ధ్రువీకరించారు

హైదరాబాద్: జూన్ 2న తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర అవతరణ దినోత్సవం సందర్భంగా రాష్ట్ర ప్రజలకు ముఖ్యమంత్రి కేసీఆర్ శుభాకాంక్షలు తెలిపారు. సికింద్రాబాద్ పరేడ్ మైదానంలో ఏర్పాటు చేసిన రాష్ట్ర అవతరణ వేడుకల్లో సీఎం కేసీఆర్ ముఖ్యఅతిథిగా పాల్గొన్నారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఆయన మాట్లాడుతూ... ప్రజా సంక్షేమమే తెరాస ప్రభుత్వ లక్ష్యమని స్పష్టం చేశారు. జులైలో 25వేల ఉద్యోగాలకు ప్రకటనలు జారీ చేస్తామని ప్రకటించారు. జులై నుంచి కాంట్రాక్ట్ ఉద్యోగుల క్రమబద్దీకరణ చేపట్టబోతున్నామని ఆయన ఈ సందర్భంగా తెలిపారు.

ఈనాడు, హైదరాబాద్: తెలంగాణలో కొత్త ఉద్యోగ నియామకాల కోసం అభ్యర్థుల గరిష్ఠ వయోపరిమితిని పదేళ్లు పెంచాలని రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం యోచిస్తోంది. కేవలం నిరుద్యోగులకు మాత్రమే ఈ సడలింపు ఇవ్వాలని ప్రతిపాదిస్తూ ముఖ్యమంత్రి కేసీఆర్కు దస్త్రం పంపింది. దీర్ఘకాలంగా నియామకాలు చేపట్టకపోవడంతో.. చాలామంది అభ్యర్థులకు సాధారణ వయోపరిమితి దాటిపోయింది. ముఖ్యమంత్రి కొత్త నియామకాల ప్రకటన నేపథ్యంలో.. అభ్యర్థుల వయోపరిమితి పెంపుపై ప్రతిపాదనలను పంపించాలని ఆయన కార్యాలయం సాధారణ పరిపాలనశాఖను ఆదేశించింది. దీనిపై సీఎస్ రాజీవ్శర్మ జీఏడీ అధికారులతో సమావేశమై, పదేళ్ల వయోపరిమితి పెంపునకు ప్రతిపాదనలు రూపొందించారు. కొత్త రాష్ట్రమైనందున నిరుద్యోగులకు మేలు కలిగేలా వారికి మాత్రమే ఈ వయోపరిమితి పెంపును వర్తింపజేయాలని ఇందులో సూచించారు. ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులుగా ఉంటూ, పెద్ద ఉద్యోగాల కోసం పోటీపరీక్షలు రాసేవారికి ఈ సడలింపును అమలుచేయరాదని పేర్కొన్నట్లు తెలిసింది. ఉద్యోగులు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకుంటే, వారి సర్వీసు ఆధారంగా అయిదేళ్లవరకు వయోపరిమితి ఇవ్వాలనే నిబంధన ఉంది. దీనికి మాత్రమే అవకాశమివ్వాలని సూచించినట్లు సమాచారం. ఈ దస్త్రం జూన్ 5న ముఖ్యమంత్రి కేసీఆర్ వద్దకు చేరింది. ఆయన తుదినిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నాక ఉత్తర్వులు వెలువడతాయి. ప్రస్తుతం సాధారణ ఉద్యోగ నియామకాలకు 34 ఏళ్ల వయోపరిమితి, యూనిఫామ్ సర్వీసు ఉద్యోగులకు 28ఏళ్ల పరిమితి ఉంది. జీఏడీ ప్రతిపాదించిన దానిలో సాధారణ నియామకాల ప్రస్తావనే ఉంది. డీఎస్పీ, ఎక్సైజ్ అధికారుల వంటి యూనిఫామ్ సర్వీసు పోస్టుల విషయం తేల్చలేదు.
8న అన్నిశాఖల ముఖ్య కార్యదర్శులతో సీఎం సమావేశం
ముఖ్యమంత్రి కేసీఆర్ రాష్ట్రావతరణ దినోత్సవం సందర్భంగా భర్తీ చేస్తామని ప్రకటించిన 25వేల ఉద్యోగాల ఎంపికకు కసరత్తు ప్రారంభమైంది. సీఎం ఆదేశాల మేరకు ఈ అంశంపై ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి రాజీవ్శర్మ జూన్ 8న అన్ని శాఖల ముఖ్యకార్యదర్శులతో సమావేశం కానుతున్నారు. ఆయాశాఖల్లో ఖాళీలు, సత్వరమే భర్తీ చేయాల్సిన పోస్టులపై నివేదికలతో హాజరుకావాలని సీఎస్ వారికి సూచించారు. ఆర్థికశాఖ ఇచ్చిన ప్రాథమిక నివేదిక ఆధారంగా వెంటనే పాతికవేల ఉద్యోగాలను భర్తీ చేస్తామని అవతరణ వేడుకల్లో సీఎం ప్రకటించారు. ఈ హామీ అమలు విషయమై ముఖ్మమంత్రి 5న సీఎస్ రాజీవ్శర్మతో సమావేశం నిర్వహించారు. ముందుగా 25వేల ఉద్యోగాలను గుర్తించి, ప్రకటనలు జారీచేయాలని, ఆ వెంటనే మిగతా పోస్టుల భర్తీ ప్రక్రియను చేపట్టాలన్నారు. దీనిపై సీఎస్ అన్నిశాఖల ముఖ్యకార్యదర్శులకు అంతర్గత ఉత్తర్వులు పంపించారు. ఉద్యోగ నియామకాలపై జూన్ 8న సమావేశం నిర్వహిస్తున్నామని, అన్నిశాఖలు తమ పరిధిలోని ఖాళీల వివరాలతో దానికి హాజరుకావాలని సూచించారు. ఖాళీ పోస్టుల రిజర్వేషన్లు (రోస్టర్), రాష్ట్ర, జోనల్, బహుళ జోనల్, జిల్లాస్థాయి పోస్టుల సమాచారం సమర్పించాలని సూచించారు. ఉమ్మడిరాష్ట్రంలో రూపొందించిన ఖాళీలు కాకుండా, ఆ తర్వాత జరిగిన పదవీ విరమణలు ఇతర సమాచారం ఆధారంగా తాజా వివరాలివ్వాలని సూచించారు. ఒప్పంద ఉద్యోగులను క్రమబద్ధీకరిస్తున్నందున.. వారికి కేటాయించే పోస్టుల వివరాలనూ నివేదించాలని ఆదేశించారు.
పాత విధానంలోనే భర్తీ?
తొలివిడతగా 25వేల పోస్టులను భర్తీ చేయాల్సి ఉన్నందున.. నెలాఖరులోగా వాటిని గుర్తించి, ఆర్థికశాఖ అనుమతి తీసుకొని జాబితాను సీఎంకు పంపిస్తారు. ఆయన ఆమోదముద్ర వేసిన తర్వాత వాటి నియామకాల ప్రక్రియ చేపడతారు. కొన్ని పోస్టులను పబ్లిక్ సర్వీసు కమిషన్ ద్వారా, మరికొన్నింటిని పోలీసు నియామక సంస్థ, జిల్లా ఎంపిక కమిటీల ద్వారా భర్తీచేస్తారు. పోస్టులన్నింటినీ తామే భర్తీచేస్తామని టీఎస్పీఎస్సీ ముందుకొచ్చినా, దీనికి సంబంధించి విధానపరమైన నిర్ణయం తీసుకోవాలి. అంత సమయం లేనందున పాత విధానంలోనే పబ్లిక్ సర్వీసు కమిషన్, ఇతర నియామక సంస్థల ద్వారా నియామకాలు చేపట్టాలని ప్రభుత్వం యోచిస్తోంది. దీనిపై నెలాఖరులో ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేస్తుంది. జులై తొలివారంలో ప్రకటనలు వెలువడతాయి.

I heard that TSPSC had filed petition in the Supreme Court for issuing guidelines to it regarding remains.It seems its main contention is that TSPSC had been constituted and it only had the exclusive jurisdiction of conducting Group1 exam in telangana and that APPSC cannot. విశాఖపట్నం, జూన్ 16: పంచాయతీ కార్యదర్శి పోస్టు ల భర్తీకి మరో వారంరోజుల్లో నోటిఫికేషన్ విడుదల చే యనున్నట్టు మంత్రి అయ్యన్నపాత్రుడు తెలిపారు. మంగళవారం ఆయన విశాఖలో విలేకరులతో మాట్లాడారు. విభజన వల్ల పబ్లిక్ సర్వీస్ కమిషన్ను కూడా కొత్తగా ఏర్పాటుచేయాల్సి వచ్చిందని, దీనివల్ల నోటిఫికేషన్ విడుదలకు సమయం పట్టిందన్నారు. ఏపీపీఎ్ససీని నియమించామని, త్వరలోనే పలు ఉద్యోగాలకు నోటిఫికేషన్ విడుదల చేస్తామని మంత్రి తెలిపారు.

ఈనాడు, హైదరాబాద్: ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్లో ఉద్యోగ ఖాళీల భర్తీకి ప్రకటనలు వెలువరించే దిశగా చర్యలు కనిపించడం లేదు. కొత్త ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పడి ఏడాది దాటినా ఏపీపీఎస్సీ నుంచి ఒక్క ఉద్యోగ ప్రకటనా రాకపోవడం నిరుద్యోగులను ఆందోళనకు గురిచేస్తోంది. ఉమ్మడి ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్లో సుమారు 16 వేల ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీకి సంబంధించిన వివరాలు ఏపీపీఎస్సీ వద్ద ఉన్నాయి. వీటి భర్తీకి ప్రకటనలు ఇచ్చే సమయంలోనే రాష్ట్రాన్ని విభజించడంతో తదుపరి చర్యలు ఆగిపోయాయి.
ఉద్యోగ ఖాళీల వయో పరిమితిని 34 నుంచి 40 ఏళ్లకు పెంచుతూ 2014 సెప్టెంబరు 23న ఏపీలో ఉత్తర్వులిచ్చారు.. కానీ ఏపీపీఎస్సీ నుంచి నియామక ప్రకటనలు లేకపోవడంతో దీనివల్ల నిరుద్యోగులు ప్రయోజనం పొందలేకపోతున్నారు. ఈ ఉత్తర్వులు 2016 సెప్టెంబరు 30 వరకు అమల్లో ఉంటాయి.. ఈలోగా వయోపరిమితిపరంగా చాలామంది అనర్హులవుతున్నారు. డీఎస్సీ-2014 అభ్యర్థులు మాత్రం ఈ ఉత్తర్వులతో ప్రయోజనం పొందారు. ఏపీపీఎస్సీ నుంచి వెలువడే ప్రకటనలు అనుసరించి మళ్లీ వయోపరిమితిని పెంచాలని అభ్యర్థులు కోరుతున్నారు.
పంచాయతీ కార్యదర్శుల భర్తీపై అనుమానాలు
ఏపీలో 2,400 పంచాయతీ కార్యదర్శి పోస్టుల భర్తీని చేపడతామని మంత్రి అయ్యన్నపాత్రుడు పలుమార్లు పేర్కొన్నా ఆ దిశగా చర్యలు లేవు. ఇప్పటికే ఇతర శాఖల్లో మిగులు ఉద్యోగులుగా ఉన్న వారితో ఈ పంచాయతీ కార్యదర్శి పోస్టులను.. కొత్త నియామకాలు వద్దని ఉన్నతస్థాయిలో చర్చ జరిగినట్లు చెబుతున్నారు. దీంతో పంచాయతీ కార్యదర్శి ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీ ప్రకటనపై సందేహాలు ముసురుకుంటున్నాయి. పోలీసు శాఖలో సబ్ఇన్స్పెక్టర్లు, డ్రైవర్లు, కానిస్టేబుళ్ల ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీ (సుమారు 7 వేలు) ప్రతిపాదనలు ఇంకా ప్రభుత్వ పరిశీలనలోనే ఉన్నాయి. వీటి విషయమై ఏపీ హోం మంత్రి చినరాజప్ప, డీజీపీ రాముడు పలుమార్లు ప్రకటనలు చేసినా పురోగతి లేదు.
ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీలో ఇప్పటికిప్పుడే త్వరపడరాదన్న భావనలో ప్రభుత్వవర్గాలు ఉన్నట్లు కనిపిస్తోంది. ఇప్పటికే ఉపాధ్యాయ ఖాళీలు, మండల వ్యవసాయ విస్తరణ అధికారులు.. వైద్య, ఆరోగ్య శాఖలో నర్సులు, ఇతరాలతో కలిపి 25 వేల వరకు పోస్టుల భర్తీ ప్రక్రియ నడుస్తోందని అధికారవర్గాలు చెబుతున్నాయి. ఏపీపీఎస్సీ ద్వారా ప్రకటనలు ఇవ్వాలంటే ఉద్యోగుల విభజన అనంతరమే సాధ్యమవుతుందని స్పష్టంచేస్తున్నాయి. ఉద్యోగ విరమణ వయస్సును పెంచినందున గతంలో ప్రకటించిన ఖాళీల సంఖ్య తగ్గుతుందని పేర్కొంటున్నాయి. మరోవైపు ఏపీలో అవసరాలకు మించి ఉద్యోగులు ఉన్నారన్న అభిప్రాయాన్ని ఉన్నత స్థాయి వర్గాలు వ్యక్తంచేస్తున్నాయి.
వీటి మాటేమిటి?
నియామక ప్రకటలు ఇచ్చేలోగా చేపట్టాల్సిన ఇతర చర్యలపైనా ప్రభుత్వం దృష్టిసారించలేదన్న వాదన వినిపిస్తోంది. రాష్ట్ర విభజన జరిగినందున ఏపీలోని జోన్లలో మార్పులు ఉంటాయా? మల్టీ జోన్ పరిస్థితి ఏమిటి? వంటివి ఇంకా తేలలేదు. ఏపీపీఎస్సీ ద్వారా నియామకాలు జరగాలంటే వీటిపై పూర్తిస్థాయిలో నిర్ణయాలు వెలువడాలి. ఏపీపీఎస్సీకి ఇంఛార్జి ఛైర్మన్గా తెలంగాణకు చెందిన శివన్నారాయణ ఉన్నారు. రఫత్అలీ, సీతారామరాజు, గుబ్బా చంద్రశేఖర్లు సభ్యులుగా ఉన్నారు. వీరిలో చంద్రశేఖర్ మాత్రమే ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్కు చెందినవారు. ఈ ఏడాది డిసెంబరు 23తో ఆయన పదవీకాలం ముగియనుంది. శివన్నారాయణ పదవీకాలం ఈ నెల 30తో పూర్తవుతుంది. ఏపీపీఎస్సీకి కార్యదర్శి హోదాలో ఇటీవల వరకు ఐ.ఎ.ఎస్. ఉన్నారు. ప్రస్తుతం సీనియర్ అధికారిణి ఇంఛార్జిగా వ్యవహరిస్తున్నారు.. కమిషన్ను బలోపేతం చేయడంపైనా ప్రభుత్వం దృష్టిసారించాల్సిఉంది.

APPSC decided to file a fresh petition to go forward with how to conduct re mains as both the government not in a position to take decision in this issue to go forward with implementation of SC judgement.
Only my doubt is whether apex court(sc) directs the APPSC to conduct remains which is against the constitution like present sec 8 issue.

1) TS govt is adamant in not conducting remains by appsc in TG?
This sticking point cannot be solved no matter how many petitions, SLP's , fresh guidelines are put forward?
This is not a matter of justice and SC arbitration. This is a matter of pure politics. and Tg govt will NEVER ALLOW FOR REMAINS. SC can just remain as a honourable spectator, a establishment for making pious sermons and for the sustenance of its benefactors, namely the SC Lawyers.
Politics and Politicians have the upper hand over Judiciary. I dare say, SC is only for show for the common people.

It is only the Honourable CM of TG, who can clear the path. People are leaving this important point and talking about impractical methods.
TG aspirants of 2011 notification are the crucial group. It is they, who should decide whether to change the decision of CM of TG.
Telangana people strived to achieve separate Telangana. Is that effort is for giving the posts to not of Telangana people. CM of Telangana is also a politician. Please remember. The Telangana people only deserved for the vacancies of Telangana state.
There is no Group-1 notification till next elections in Andhra Pradesh. In Telangana after 1 year.

Recently I have submitted an application under right to information to TSPSC.
MY QUESTION IS: after bifurcation of state whether APPSC have right/ authority to conduct any recruitment process to the posts/ job vacancies of Telangana state government?
TSPSC reply: after bifurcation of state posts/ vacancies pertaining to TELANGANA state will be notified by the TSPSC In accordance with the government orders issued from time to time to filling the vacancies.

Now only for 209 people I.e for 3 posts 2 new candidates will appear in remains after bifurcation.!!!!
Will again give merit list 1: 50 for each state and remove the already mains written candidates due to disturbance in ratio and all????!!!

After division of posts and candidates Definitely in one state either AP or TELANGANA (mostly in A.P) there shall be sufficient candidates I.e 1:50 ratio candidates who already written their mains exam in earlier occasion even after prepared merit list according to SC judgement . Now remains for already appeared candidates , but no new candidate!!!

Hyderabad: The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) and Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) have agreed to split the list of candidates who appeared in the 2011 Group I exams and conduct separate re-tests individually for candidates hailing from their own states.

APPSC had been directed to conduct the retest. But controversy had erupted after the APPSC decided to conduct the re-exam by itself in both AP and TS, upsetting its TS counterpart.
TSPSC officials had also said then that the APPSC was unwilling to share the list of candidates to determine their nativity and split them. TSPSC reasoned that the APPSC no longer had jurisdiction in TS and hence could not legally conduct the retest.
TSPSC sources have now informed that an amicable solution has been reached to end the tussle. The APPSC has agreed to share the list of candidates with the Telangana State Public Service Commission and both bodies will conduct the re-test in their own states.
“It has been resolved now. There is no issue at all. They (APPSC) shared the list of candidates and we will conduct the exam for the students of Telangana,” a TSPSC sources said.

If my memory serves me right, as per the supreme court order there will be roughly around 7800 candidates writing the remains in both AP and Telangana put together. I don't think there will be any deviation from this number.
Based on nativity, these guys will be divided and the respective PSCs will conduct the exam for them in the respective states.

Yes the news is fake. One of my friend checked with news paper editor through trusted sources about the article and they confirmed that article is not from any PSC. It looks like it is a paid article. I always doubt on DC even the news appears in front page.

ఈనాడు, హైదరాబాద్: తెలంగాణలో చేపట్టిన మొదటి విడత ఉద్యోగ నియామకాల ప్రక్రియనంతా నవంబరులోగా పూర్తిచేయాలని తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం ఆగస్టు 4న అన్ని నియామక సంస్థలను ఆదేశించింది. డిసెంబరు 1 నాటికి నియామకపత్రాలు అందజేయాలని నిర్దేశించింది. రెండోవిడత ఉద్యోగ నియామకాలను డిసెంబరులో చేపడతామని వెల్లడించింది. ఈ దఫా మరో పాతికవేల ఉద్యోగాలను భర్తీచేస్తామంది. ఇందుకు శాఖలు సన్నద్ధం కావాలని సూచించింది.
తెలంగాణలో తొలివిడత ఉద్యోగ నియామకాలకు ప్రభుత్వం ఇటీవల సిద్ధమైంది. మొదటగా 15,222 పోస్టులకు ఉత్తర్వులిచ్చిన ప్రభుత్వం... నాలుగైదు రోజుల్లో మరో పదివేల నియామకాలను అనుమతించనుంది. వెరసి 25వేల ఉద్యోగ నియామకాలు ఈ నెలలోనే ప్రారంభమవుతాయి. నియామకాలను సత్వరమే చేపట్టాలని, ఎట్టి పరిస్థితుల్లోనూ పాతికవేల ఉద్యోగాలు భర్తీకావాలని, డిసెంబరు మొదటితేదీ నాటికి వీరంతా విధుల్లో చేరేలా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని పబ్లిక్ సర్వీసు కమిషన్, పోలీసు నియామకసంస్థ, విద్యుత్ పంపిణీసంస్థలకు ఆగస్టు 4న ఆదేశాలు జారీచేసింది. నియామకాలకు నిర్ణీత షెడ్యూలును ప్రకటించి, రాత, మౌఖిక పరీక్షలను పూర్తిచేయాలని సూచించింది. ఖాళీలపై ప్రసారమాధ్యమాల ద్వారా విస్తృత ప్రచారం చేయాలని, అర్హుంతా దరఖాస్తుచేసుకునే అవకాశం కల్పించాలని పేర్కొంది. ఆన్లైన్ సౌకర్యం కల్పించాలని, ఏజెన్సీ ప్రాంతా గిరిజనులు, మారుమూల ప్రాంతాలవారి నుంచి దరఖాస్తులను స్వీకరించి, ఆన్లైన్లోకి మార్చాలని ఆదేశించింది.
రెండో విడతపై...
ఈ ఆర్థికసంవత్సరంలో యాభైవేల ఉద్యోగాలను భర్తీచేయాలని ప్రభుత్వం భావిస్తోంది. మొదటి విడతగా 25వేల ఉద్యోగాలను భర్తీచేశాక, డిసెంబరులో రెండోవిడత పోస్టులను ప్రకటించి, మార్చికల్లా నియామకాలను పూర్తిచేయాలని భావిస్తోంది. రెండోదఫా 25వేల పోస్టులుండాలని ఇప్పటికే సీఎం కేసీఆర్ ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధానకార్యదర్శికి స్పష్టంచేశారు. ఈ మేరకు పోస్టుల ఎంపిక జరగనుంది. మొదటి విడత భర్తీ పోనూ అన్ని శాఖలు తమ పరిధిలో ఉన్న ఇతర ఖాళీల వివరాలను నవంబరు నాటికి అందజేయాలని తాజా ఆదేశాల్లో సూచించింది.

ఈనాడు-హైదరాబాద్: ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం నుంచి ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీ ప్రకటనలు వెలువడతాయా? అంటే ఆ సంకేతాలేమి కనపడటంలేదు. తెలంగాణలో ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీ ప్రకటనల జారీ హడావుడి పెరగడంతో ఏపీ అభ్యర్థుల్లో ఆశలు చిగురిస్తున్నాయి. రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం నుంచీ ఉద్యోగ ప్రకటనల వస్తాయన్న ఆశలో వీరు ఉత్కంఠతో ఎదురుచూస్తున్నారు. అయితే అసలు..దాని గురించి ఆలోచించడంలేదని సంబంధిత వర్గాలు పేర్కొన్నాయి. ఇటీవల ఓ మంత్రి శాఖాపరమైన అధికారులతో సమావేశమైనప్పుడు ''ప్రభుత్వానికి ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీ చేసే ఆలోచన లేదు. తాత్కాలిక పద్ధతిలో అవసరం అనుకున్నచోట మాత్రమే నియామకాలు చేసుకోండి. అంతకుమించిన ప్రత్యామ్నాయంలేదని" సెలవిచ్చారు.
తేదేపా ప్రభుత్వం అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన వెంటనే ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీ జరుగుతుందన్న నమ్మకంలో నిరుద్యోగులు ఉన్నారు. దీనికితగినట్లే..గత ఏడాది సెప్టెంబరు 23వ తేదీన ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీకి అవసరమైన వయోపరిమితిని 34 నుంచి 40 సంవత్సరాలకు పెంచుతూ జీవో వెలువడింది. దీంతో ప్రభుత్వం నియామకాలపై దృష్టి పెడుతుందని అందరూ ఆశించారు. విద్యాశాఖ ద్వారా డీఎస్సీ-2014 (ఉపాధ్యాయ నియామకాలు) ప్రకటన వెలువడింది. ఈ నియామకాలు ఇంతవరకు జరగలేదు. ఈ ఉద్యోగాలకు అంతకుముందే 39 సంవత్సరాల వయోపరిమితి ఉంది.
కొత్త జీవో ద్వారా 40 సంవత్సరాల వరకు ఉద్యోగాలకు దరఖాస్తుచేసుకునే అవకాశం ఏర్పడ్డా.. ఉద్యోగ ప్రకటనలు రానందున అభ్యర్థులకు ఉపయోగం లేకుండాపోయింది. గడిచిన పదకొండు నెలల్లో పలువురు నిరుద్యోగులు వయోపరిమితి మించిపోవడంతో ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగాలకు దూరమయ్యారు. ఈ పరిస్థితుల్లో తెలంగాణ నుంచి ఉద్యోగ ప్రకటనలు రావడంతో.. తమకూ న్యాయం చేయాలని నిరుద్యోగులు నాంపల్లిలోని ఏపీపీఎస్సీ వద్ద ఆందోళన చేస్తున్నారు. ప్రభుత్వ శాఖల్లో ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీ జరగనందున విద్యాధికులు, నిరుద్యోగులు లబ్ధిపొందే అవకాశం లేకుండా పోయింది. ఏపీపీఎస్సీ అధికారులు, ఉద్యోగులకు చేతినిండా పనినే లేకుండాపోయింది. ఉద్యోగుల విభజన పూర్తిస్థాయిలో జరిగి..ఖాళీలు, వాటి భర్తీ ఎంతవరకు అవసరం? జోన్లపై నిర్దిష్ట విధానం వంటి అంశాలపై స్పష్టత వచ్చే వరకు నియామకాల ప్రక్రియ ఉండకపోవచ్చునని భావిస్తున్నారు. నియామకాలపై ముఖ్యమంత్రి స్థాయిలో నిర్ణయం జరిగితేనే...తదుపరి చర్యల ఉంటాయని...అప్పటివరకు మౌనమే సమాధానమని సంబంధిత వర్గాలు వ్యాఖ్యానిస్తున్నాయి.

@All, the contempt petition should be filed by the petitioners. There is a difference between the petitioner and the party. The petitioners are of two types. Direct and indirect and the direct ones are who involved in the case and the indirect ones are the impacted parties (209+606). the party means the crowd who are getting the advantage of writing mains becos of SC order. If you see clearly the list of cases...WP filed by interview candidates 3 times to implead but it did not happened. still someone is thinking that contempt will be accepted is a day dream. as a professionals we need to admit the facts..lets wait and see. Consulted SC lawyer about contempt petition ...may be am wrong but candidates dreaming on CP can still live in assumptions...

@Sampath, Court will decide who are impacted parties as someone has already filed CP. Even WPs filed by interviewed candidates (real impacted party) were not admitted saying not a impacted party then how someone can assume that MAINS WRITTEN BUT FAILED CANDIDATES are impacted parties. I made an inference based on the practical experience made out of our case. The best person to answer your question is SC and what petition to be filed can be given by SC lawyers. Lets wait and See.
There is a huge difference between writ petition and contempt petition. Wp's are governed by procedural law during the arguments and its admittance or non admittance is completely decided by looking at various angles from the judge's viewpoint. In short a writ petition is a law instrument which is used when the subject is sub-judice.The outcome of a case is guided by procedures, so as to give faster judgment, increasing the complexity of the case by involving additional parties etc etc..., all this also according to the judge's viewpoint.
However a contempt petition belongs to a different class of legal instruments.
Needless to state, a contempt petition cannot be filed during the pendency of the case. A contempt petition is not related to the case in the sense that it cannot have a effect on the outcome of the judgment. It can only serve the purpose of effecting a judgment.
The contempt petition is viewed by the judges, as to why the judgment has not been carried out but not on the point as to who filed the petition. The nature of a contempt petition is as such.

ఈనాడు,హైదరాబాద్: ఉమ్మడి ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్లో ఇచ్చిన 2011 గ్రూపు-1 నోటిఫికేషన్కు సంబంధించిన మెయిన్స్ పరీక్ష రెండు రాష్ట్రాల్లో విడివిడిగా జరగనుంది. ఈ నోటిఫికేషన్ ఆధారంగా 314 ఉద్యోగాలకు 2012 మే 27న ప్రాథమిక పరీక్ష, సెప్టెంబరులో ప్రధాన పరీక్షను అప్పటి ఏపీపీఎస్సీ నిర్వహించింది. ఎంపికచేసిన వారికి మౌఖిక పరీక్షలు సైతం జరిగాయి. ప్రిలిమ్స్ ప్రశ్నపత్రంలో ఆరు తప్పులు దొర్లినట్లు అభ్యర్థులు న్యాయపోరాటం చేశారు. దీనిపై సుప్రీంకోర్టు తీర్పు ఇస్తూ తప్పులు దొర్లిన ప్రశ్నలను తొలగించి ఎంపికచేసిన వారితో మళ్లీ మెయిన్స్ జరపాలని ఆదేశించింది. దీనివల్ల మళ్లీ సుమారు ఏడున్నర వేల మందికి మెయిన్స్ పరీక్ష నిర్వహించాల్సి ఉంది. రాష్ట్ర విభజన నేపథ్యంలో పరీక్ష నిర్వహణపై ఏపీపీఎస్సీ, తెలంగాణ పబ్లిక్ సర్వీస్ కమిషన్ మధ్య చర్చలు జరిగాయి. దీనిపై ఏపీపీఎస్సీ వర్గాలు స్పందిస్తూ.. 'గ్రూపు-1' మెయిన్స్ రాష్ట్రాల వారీగా విడివిడిగా జరగబోతుంది. ప్రకటన జారీ సమయంలోనే ఆయా శాఖల వారీగా ఖాళీ పోస్టుల వివరాలు ఉన్నాయి. వీటిని కమలనాథన్ కమిటీ పరిశీలించి నిర్ధరించిన అనంతరం మెయిన్స్ను జరుపుతామ'ని తెలిపాయి. ఇందుకు మరింత సమయం పట్టే అవకాశాలు ఉన్నాయి.

THE AIM OF CONTEMPT PETITION IS TO SEEK TIME BOUND CONDUCT OF REMAINS . SUPREME COURT IS GOING TO GIVE ORDERS TO APPSC TO CONDUCT REMAINS IN TIME BOUND MANNER(WITH IN 6 MONTHS)
SO IN 2016 ELIGIBLE ASPIRANTS WILL GET GOVT JOBS

VERY SOON APPSC NEW NOTIFICATIONS WITH NEW SYLLABUS : AS PER APPSC CHAIRMAN
Good News. Group1 exam will be conducted soon. Because of contempt petition filed in Supreme Court, Principal Secretary, APPSC written letters to all HODs which contains posts in Group1 notification to clarify the number of posts belongs to AP after bifurcation. A meeting is held with Chief Secretary on 05.12.2015 with all HODs about our case.

AFTER SEEKING CLARIFICATION SUPREME COURT WILL ORDER APPSC TO CONDUCT REMAINS IN TIME BOUND .
we are not going to write 3 remains (one to be conducted by APPSC, TSPSC ,UPSC) for single notification

In my point of view there will be two mains. separate mains for AP and TS thats why they are dividing the posts between AP and TS and one thing is i have the authentic information of the letter which is wrote to all HODs, in that letter secretary, APPSC clearly says that as per the orders of SC they are writing letters to all HODs and also says that if they didn't recieve the details posts after bifurcation within one week otherwise they will bifurcate the posts in 58:42 ratio

WHEN APPSC LAWYERS ARGUED that they will conduct remains only for 209 + and interviewed candidates SUPREME COURT ALREADY REJECTED THE PLEA. AND GAVE CLEAR VERDICT THAT ONLY ONE REMAINS WILL BE CONDUCTED .

Likitcool, I may be tilted towards agreeing with Kmt because - your argument of one remains will hold true as long as it is one state. But things have changed now and there are 2 states with their respective PSCs.
And maybe it will not be one remains anymore...
We will need to keep our fingers crossed till Jan' 2016.

ఈనాడు-కాకినాడ: ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ పబ్లిక్ సర్వీస్ కమిషన్(ఏపీపీఎస్సీ) ద్వారా త్వరలోనే ఉద్యోగ నియామకాలకు సంబంధించిన నోటిఫికేషన్లు విడుదల చేయనున్నట్లు ఏపీపీఎస్సీ ఛైర్మన్ పిన్నమనేని ఉదయభాస్కర్ తెలిపారు. గురువారం(డిసెంబరు 10) ఆయన డిపార్ట్మెంట్ పరీక్షల పరిశీలనకు తూర్పుగోదావరి జిల్లా కాకినాడ నగరానికి వచ్చారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా 'ఈనాడుతో ప్రత్యేకంగా మాట్లాడారు. ఏపీపీఎస్సీ చేపట్టబోయే సంస్కరణలు, ఉద్యోగ నియామకాలు, సిలబస్ మార్పులు, డిపార్ట్మెంటల్ పరీక్షల నిర్వహణ అంశాలపై పలు విషయాలు వెల్లడించారు. ఆ వివరాలు ఆయన మాటల్లోనే..
గ్రూప్-1, గ్రూప్-2తో పాటు ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ పబ్లిక్ సర్వీస్ కమిషన్ ద్వారా చేపట్టే ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీ కోసం వీలైనంత త్వరగా నోటిఫికేషన్ జారీ చేస్తాం. ఇందుకోసం శాఖల వారీగా ఉన్న వివరాలను కోరుతూ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి అన్ని శాఖల అధిపతులకు లేఖలు పంపారు. ఖాళీల వివరాలు రాగానే నియామక ప్రక్రియ మొదలవుతుంది. ఒకటి, రెండు నెలల్లో వివరాలందే అవకాశం ఉంది. పరీక్షల నిర్వహణపై వచ్చే ఏడాది నుంచి క్యాలెండర్ను కూడా అభ్యర్థులకు అందుబాటులోకి తెస్తాం. ఇచ్చిన షెడ్యూల్ ప్రకారమే పరీక్షల నిర్వహణ, ఎంపిక ప్రక్రియలను పూర్తిచేస్తాం.
పాత సిలబస్ను సమీక్షించి కొత్త సిలబస్ తయారు చేస్తాం. చరిత్ర, భౌగోళిక అంశాల పరంగా చోటు చేసుకున్న మార్పులతో పాటు రాష్ట్ర విభజన, అమరావతి రాజధాని నేపథ్యంలో కొత్త సిలబస్ తయారీపై త్వరలోనే నాగార్జున విశ్వవిద్యాలయంలో సిలబస్ కమిటీ.. సమీక్ష నిర్వహించనుంది. ప్రస్తుత అవసరాలకు అనుగుణంగా మార్పులు తీసుకొస్తాం. గ్రూప్-1, గ్రూప్-2తో పాటు వివిధ ఉద్యోగాల నియామకాలకు అవసరమైన స్థాయిలో సిలబస్ మార్పులు ఉంటాయి.
ఏపీపీఎస్సీకి సంబంధించి 490 కేసులు పెండింగ్లో ఉన్నాయి. సాంకేతికంగా అభ్యర్థుల నుంచి వచ్చే అభ్యంతరాలు, నియామకాల్లో చోటు చేసుకుంటున్న వివాదాలపై సమీక్షిస్తున్నాం. భవిష్యత్తులో చేపట్టబోయే నియామకాల విషయంలో జాప్యానికి తావు లేకుండా, వివాదాలకు అవకాశం లేకుండా జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకుంటాం. 2011 గ్రూప్-1 వివాదంలో కోర్టు ఆదేశాలమేరకే ముందుకు వెళ్తాం.
సాంకేతిక సహకారం
పరీక్షల నిర్వహణలో సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానాన్ని అందుబాటులోకి తెచ్చి ఉద్యోగ నియామకాలను పారదర్శకంగా చేపడతాం. డిపార్ట్మెంట్ పరీక్షల నిర్వహణ ప్రస్తుతం మొక్కుబడిగా ఉంది. మారుతున్న అవసరాల నేపథ్యంలో డిపార్ట్మెంట్ పరీక్షల నిర్వహణలో కూడా మార్పులు తెస్తాం. ఆన్లైన్ పరీక్ష విధానంపై ఆలోచన చేస్తున్నాం. 30 పాస్ మార్కులకు ప్రస్తుతం ఉన్న విధానాలను సమీక్షిస్తున్నాం. నెగెటివ్ మార్కులు పెట్టే ఆలోచన కూడా ఉంది.
కొత్తరాజధానికి కార్యాలయాన్ని తరలిస్తాం
సాధారణ పరిపాలన విభాగంతో మాకు నిత్యం పనులుంటాయి. జూన్ నాటికి ప్రభుత్వ శాఖలు కొత్త రాజధానికి తరిలిపోతే.. ఏపీపీఎస్సీనీ రాజధాని ప్రాంతానికి తరలించే అవకాశం ఉంది. రాజధాని ప్రాంతంలో ఏపీపీఎస్సీ అవసరాల కోసం 60,000 చదరపు అడుగుల కార్యాలయ స్థలం అవసరమవుతుంది. అభ్యర్థుల ఇంటర్వ్యూలను అవసరమైతే కొత్త రాజధాని ప్రాంతంలోనే నిర్వహిస్తాం.
