DEAR friends..writing re-mains is our right.Neither the state govt nor the media is focusing our issue..there is no need to wait for the orders of supremecourt as it is contempt petition which again asks APPSC to conduct exam..a lot more dalay takes place if we wait for the court orders..AS state government has been making huge delay in conducting mains,,i wish all the aspirants should lodge our grievance to PM,president..ALL we have to do is to just spare 10 min of time and logdge a complaint online..i m providing the link here..the portal is very useful as i got my problem of getting passport solved within a week..i have already lodged complaint to PM and president regarding delay in condcution of mains..what i feel is if many aspirants write to PM,,issue can be solved soon

''సమాజంలో 35% ఉన్న యువతకు సాధికార కల్పించే దిశగా బడ్జెట్ తీసుకురాబోతున్నాం. త్వరలో ముఖ్యమంత్రితో చర్చించి ప్రత్యేక యువ విధానాన్ని వెల్లడిస్తాం. ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీ, ప్రైవేటు రంగంలో పెద్ద ఎత్తున ఉపాధి కల్పన, ప్రత్యేక ఆర్థిక సాయం ద్వారా యువతకు సాధికారత కల్పిస్తాం. వచ్చే మంత్రివర్గ సమావేశంలో గ్రూప్ 1, 2, డాక్టర్లు, అధ్యాపకులు, పోలీసుల పోస్టుల భర్తీపై విధాన నిర్ణయం తీసుకొని, నోటిఫికేషన్ విడుదల చేస్తాం. ప్రస్తుతానికి గ్రూప్-4 పోస్టుల భర్తీ జోలికి వెళ్లం. నిరుద్యోగ భృతికి గత బడ్జెట్లో రూ.100 కోట్లు పెట్టినా మార్గదర్శకాల విడుదలలో జాప్యం కారణంగా అమలు చేయలేక పోయాం. ఈసారి కచ్చితంగా అమలు చేస్తాం. దాన్ని భృతి రూపంలో అందించాలా, లేదంటే ఆర్థిక సాయం రూపంలో అందించాలా? అన్నదానిపై చర్చించి నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంటాం. రూ.100 కోట్లకు మించి బడ్జెట్ కేటాయిస్తాం. కాపు కార్పొరేషన్కూ ఇచ్చిన మాట ప్రకారం రూ.వెయ్యి కోట్లు పెడుతున్నాం అన్నారు. కొత్త బడ్జెట్ 10-15 శాతం పెరగవచ్చని చెప్పారు.

ఈనాడు-హైదరాబాద్: సుప్రీంకోర్టు ఉత్తర్వుల్ని అనుసరించి గ్రూపు-1 ప్రధాన పరీక్షను ఉమ్మడిగా నిర్వహించే విషయమై తెలంగాణ పబ్లిక్ సర్వీస్ కమిషన్తో సంప్రదించాలని ఏపీపీఎస్సీ వర్గాలు భావిస్తున్నాయి. ప్రిలిమ్స్ ప్రశ్నపత్రాల్లో దొర్లిన తప్పుల కారణంగా ఉమ్మడి ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్లో చివరిగా నిర్వహించిన గ్రూపు-1 ప్రధాన పరీక్షను మళ్లీ నిర్వహించాలని సుప్రీంకోర్టు ఆదేశించింది. ఈ పరీక్షను ఏ రాష్ట్రానికి ఆ రాష్ట్రం కాకుండా ఉమ్మడిగా నిర్వహిస్తేనే అభ్యర్థులకు ఉపయోగకరంగా ఉంటుందని, లేదంటే ఇరు రాష్ట్రాల అభ్యర్థులు స్థానికేతర కోటాలో ఇబ్బందులు పడతారని ఎపీపీఎస్సీ వర్గాలు పేర్కొంటున్నాయి. ఈ విషయమై తెలంగాణ పబ్లిక్ సర్వీస్ కమిషన్తో సంప్రదించి ఓ అవగాహనకు రావాలని భావిస్తున్నట్లు తెలిపాయి. గ్రూపు-1, గ్రూపు-2 సిలబస్లో తెచ్చిన మార్పులపై వెబ్సైట్ ద్వారా 1234 అభిప్రాయాలు వచ్చినట్లు ఎపీపీఎస్సీ అధ్యక్షుడు ప్రొఫెసర్ ఉదయభాస్కర్ తెలిపారు. వీటిని సిలబస్లో మార్పులు తెచ్చిన కమిటీకి కాకుండా మరో కమిటీతో పరిశీలన చేయిస్తామని వెల్లడించారు. రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయిస్తే విశ్వవిద్యాయాల్లో ఆచార్యుల పోస్టుల భర్తీకి అవసరమైన రాత పరీక్షను నిర్వహించేందుకు సిద్ధమేనని పేర్కొన్నారు.

Friends, Is there any chance that the SC will change its verdict regading conduct of re-mains. Since appsc and tspsc are sticking to their positions that conducts of re-mains, combinedly by both psc's is near to technically impossible task. Is the SC reverses its decison, then it is not an insult to a 4-year legal process? Does it not mean that the justice will not be served to the candidates who lost bcos of the six wrong questions.

How APPSC consult TSPSC for discussing about conducting re-mains. TSPSC have no part unless Telangana government to do so.
TSPSC can give suggestions to Telangana government but they can not directly discuss with APPSC.

4.GROUP 1 REMAINS Syllabus will be same for UNIFIED EXAM
5.Only PARENT COMMISSION , APPSC has to conduct Remains
6.TSPSC as a constitutional Body Will ASSIST
7.TSPSC & APPSC Has to OBEY SUPREME COURT ORDERS
8.NO PERSONAL INTERFERENCE OF APPSC , TSPSC , AP GOVT , TS GOVT
Friends, there is not much that can be done by tpsc or appsc on this matter. O n one side there is pressure for filling of G-1 posts in both states. Situatio n is alarming in andhra where subordinate officers are carrying out the functions of district posts. Some sort of compromize has to be reached by both appsc and tspsc, which indirectly means that both governements have to compromize. SC will not bother about technical difficulties in re-mains. So please everybody wait for the final chapter in our case.

The sakshi article says that andhra govt has agreed to conduct re-mains. So does this mean that, whatever may happen, but release of results for those who attended interview will not happen.
@likitcool garu. Now what? With huge media coverage of our case, it seemed that the final judgment will be given yesterday without any further delay and confusion. But what we're seeing now is that case got adjouned again and also a new judge is hearing the case. Is there no end to this?

likitcool sir, please clarify. In eenadu paper regarding re-mains judgemnt it was written that SC gave judgment on january 20 2014 that mains should be conducted for those who qualify out of 144 questions.
But SC gave also told that re-exam is for all those who have written the mains exam + 209 candidates.
Please clarify sir.
sirius. 6 questions were deleted and out of 144 marks, extra 209 candidates will be selected for writing mains. If anypeople are deleted from mains written candidates, again the question will arise as to what is right and further litigation and more delay. So SC modified its order.
So if again list is re-drawn from the beginning, then those who did not write the exam will also be included in the list. So SC observed that those who did not write 2012 mains should not be allowed to write the re-exam because they voluntarily sacrificed their right.

If a fresh list is prepared for respectice states, what will happen to the below category of people.
1) Those who have wriiten all exams of mains in 2012? Will all those be included in the fresh list. Because no one is sure about the controversial 6 uestions. If some people are removed, then further controversy will come on two points a) Regarding as to why those six questions be deleted? b) A person who has been seleected in 2012 prelims and has written all the exams of the main exam, how such a person can be denied the chance to write re-mains for the same notification.
This is the single critical point now Sir.

Courts,government feel its loss of academic year in case of eamcet and other competetive exams...where as our exam is of no concern to them...dont know when they would give logical conclusion to this.

న్యూఢిల్లీ, జూన్ 29 (ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి): గ్రూప్ 1 మెయిన్స్ (18/2011) పరీక్షను మళ్లీ నిర్వహించి, మూడు నెలల్లోపు ప్రక్రియను పూర్తి చేయాలని ఏపీపీఎస్సీ, టీఎస్ పీఎస్సీలకు సుప్రీం కోర్టు ఆదేశించింది. ఉమ్మడి రాష్ట్రంలో జారీ చేసిన నోటిఫికేషన్లోని మొత్తం 312 పోస్టులను ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్కు 172, తెలంగాణకు 140 పోస్టులను కేటాయించింది. గతంలో నిర్వహించిన ప్రిలిమ్స్లో ‘144 మార్కులు’ ప్రాతిపదికగా మెరిట్ జాబితాను తయారు చేసి అందులో అర్హత సాధించిన అందరికీ మెయిన్స్ రాసుకునే వెసులుబాటు కల్పించాలని స్పష్టం చేసింది. ‘‘(కేసు విచారణలో ఉండగా) ఒక గణనీయమైన మార్పు జరిగింది. రాష్ట్ర విభజన జరిగింది. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్, తెలంగాణ రాషా్ట్రలు ఇప్పుడు వాస్తవం. రెండు రాష్ట్రాల్లోనూ వేర్వేరు పబ్లిక్ సర్వీసు కమిషన్లు ఉన్నాయి. కాలాన్ని వెనక్కి తిప్పలేం. ఉమ్మడి పరీక్ష నిర్వహించేలా ఏపీని ఆదేశించాలంటూ మీరు సమస్యను సృష్టిస్తున్నారు. మేం అలా ఆదేశించలేం’’ అని తేల్చి చెప్పింది. ఏ రాష్ట్ర అభ్యర్థులకు ఆ రాష్ట్ర పబ్లిక్ సర్వీసు కమిషన్ పరీక్ష నిర్వహించాలని స్పష్టం చేసింది. ఐదేళ్ల కిందట 312 పోస్టుల భర్తీకి ఏపీపీఎస్సీ గ్రూప్ -1 నోటిఫికేషన్ (18/2011) జారీ చేసింది. 2012 మే 27న జరిగిన ప్రిలిమ్స్ పరీక్షకు 1.50 లక్షలమంది హాజరయ్యారు. వీరిలో ఉత్తీర్ణులైన వారి నుంచి 1:50 నిష్పత్తిలో 15 వేల మందిని ఏపీపీఎస్సీ మెయిన్స్ పరీక్షకు ఎంపిక చేసింది. అదే ఏడాది సెప్టెంబర్ 18 నుంచి 30 వరకు మెయిన్స్ పరీక్ష జరిగింది. ఇందులో ఉత్తీర్ణులైన వారి నుంచి 1:2 నిష్పత్త్తిలో 606 మంది ఇంటర్వ్యూకు అర్హత సాధించారు. అయితే, ప్రిలిమ్స్ పరీక్ష అనంతరం ఏపీపీఎస్సీ ప్రకటించిన కీలో ఆరు ప్రశ్నలు తప్పుగా ఉన్నట్లు అభ్యర్థులు గుర్తించారు.
వాటిని తొలగించి ఉత్తీర్ణతను నిర్థారించాలని, ఆ మేరకు మెరిట్ లిస్ట్ను సవరించాలని కోరుతూ ఏపీ అడ్మినిస్ట్రేటివ్ ట్రిబ్యునల్ను ఆశ్రయించారు. ఇక్కడి నుంచి ఈ వ్యవహారం ట్రిబ్యునల్, హైకోర్టు, సుప్రీం కోర్టుల చుట్టూ గింగిరాలు తిరిగింది. న్యాయమూర్తులు జస్టిస్ జాస్తి చలమేశ్వర్, జస్టిస్ అభయ్ మనోహర్ సప్రేలతో కూడిన ధర్మాసనం ఈ పిటిషన్లపై బుధవారం తుది విచారణ జరిపింది. ఈ సందర్భంగా, ఏపీపీఎస్సీ తరపున సీనియర్ న్యాయవాది దుష్యంత్ దవే మాట్లాడుతూ, ఏపీ అభ్యర్థులకు తాము పరీక్ష నిర్వహిస్తామని, తెలంగాణ వారికి టీఎస్పీఎస్సీ నిర్వహిస్తుందని, నిర్ణీత గడువు చెబితే, ఆలోపు ప్రక్రియ పూర్తి చేస్తామని వివరించారు. దాంతో, గతంలో ఆదేశాల మేరకు మెరిట్ లిస్టు తయారు చేశారా? అని జస్టిస్ చలమేశ్వర్ ప్రశ్నించారు. చేశామని దవే సమాధానం ఇచ్చారు. అనంతరం, తమ రాష్ట్ర అభ్యర్థులకు పరీక్ష నిర్వహించేందుకు తాము కూడా సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నామని, కోర్టు ఆదేశాల ప్రకారం నిర్ణీత గడువులో ప్రక్రియ పూర్తి చేస్తామని టీఎ్సపీఎస్సీ తరపున తెలంగాణ అదనపు అడ్వొకేట్ జనరల్ రామచంద్రరావు తెలిపారు. కాగా, 2011లో ఏపీపీఎస్సీ సిలబ్సను నిర్దేశించిందని, టీఎ్సపీఎస్సీ ఏర్పాటయ్యాక తెలంగాణలో కొత్త సిలబస్ ప్రవేశపెట్టిందని, నోటిఫికేషన్ పాతది కాబట్టి, పాత సిలబస్ ప్రకారమే పరీక్ష జరగాలని కోర్టు ధిక్కరణ పిటిషన్లు దాఖలు చేసిన అభ్యర్థుల తరపు న్యాయవాది జొన్నలగడ్డ సుధీర్ కోరారు.
వాద ప్రతివాదనల తర్వాత చివరకు, తెలంగాణలోనూ పాత సిలబస్ ప్రకారమే పరీక్షను నిర్వహించాలని జస్టిస్ చలమేశ్వర్ స్పష్టం చేశారు. కాగా, ఇంటర్వ్యూ వరకూ వెళ్లిన అభ్యర్థులు తమ వాదనలు వినిపిస్తూ.. నాలుగు లక్షల మందితో పోటీ పడి రెండు పరీక్షల్లో విజయం సాధించి ఇంటర్వ్యూ కూడా పూర్తి చేసుకున్నామని, తమ ప్రమేయం లేకుండా ఇప్పుడు తమకు అన్యాయం జరుగుతోందని ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. కాబట్టి, ఇంటర్వ్యూకు అర్హత సాధించిన 606 మందినీ మళ్లీ పరీక్షకు హాజరుకావటం నుంచి మినహాయింపు ఇవ్వాలని కోరారు. జస్టిస్ చలమేశ్వర్ తీర్పును వెలువరిస్తూ.. ‘‘నోటిఫికేషన్ వెలువడ్డ తర్వాత రెండు రాష్ట్రాలు ఏర్పాటయ్యాయి. రెండు పబ్లిక్ సర్వీస్ కమిషన్లు మనుగడలోకి వచ్చాయి. సుప్రీం కోర్టు తీర్పును అమలు చేసేందుకు అవి రెండూ సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నాయి. రెండు పబ్లిక్ సర్వీసు కమిషన్లు ఆయా రాషా్ట్రల అభ్యర్థులకు మూడు నెలల్లోపు పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించాలి. తెలంగాణలో కూడా నోటిఫికేషన్లో పేర్కొన్న సిలబస్ ప్రకారమే పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించాలి’’ అని ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేశారు.

O R D E R
Application for permission to file contempt petition is
allowed.
All applications for impleadment and intervention are allowed.
Subsequent to the final orders of this Court in Civil Appeal
no. 9140/2013, a significant event took place. The erstwhile State
of Andhra Pradesh is divided into two parts bringing into existence
two new States, i.e. State of Andhra Pradesh and State of
Telangana. As a consequence, two separate service commissions for
the above-mentioned two States have also been established.
Both the States and their respective service commissions are
represented before us.
Learned counsel appearing for both the States and respective
State Commissions submitted that they are ready to implement the
orders passed by this Court, if only some reasonable time is
granted to them. They also stated that the orders could not be
implemented immediately in view of the above-mentioned significant
developments.

Accepting the statements made by both the States and their
respective State Commissions, we deem it appropriate to permit both
the States to conduct a fresh examination in terms of the final
orders of this Court in the above-mentioned appeal within a period
of three months from today.
One incidental question was projected before this Court. All
the candidates who appeared in the earlier round of examination
conducted by the erstwhile Public Service Commission of the State
of Andhra Pradesh took examination on the basis of a notified
syllabus alongwith the advertisement calling applications.
However, subsequently, in view of the formation of a new State of
Telangana, the candidates belonging to Telangana apprehend that
they might be subjected to the examination on the basis of a new
syllabus to be formulated by the State of Telangana. The learned
counsel for the State of Telangana submitted that the State of
Telangana is in fact contemplating such a process. He, however,
submitted that having regard to the fact situation, the State of
Telangana would not insist on such a proposal if this Court deems
it just to direct otherwise. The candidates belonging to the State
of Telangana submitted that they would be put to a great degree of
hardship to prepare for the examination afresh on the basis of a
new syllabus.
Having regard to the totality of the circumstances, we deem it
appropriate to direct the State of Telangana and the Telangana
State Public Service Commission to conduct the examination which
should be based only on the syllabus as notified initially.
Now we interviewed candidates started playing game. If any one against us ready let's play on behalf of APPSC.
Non interviewed candidates let's ready to file contempt against APPSC again.

1. Will you get more than 100 marks in prelims as maximum 1 to 9000 candidates can get eligibility to write mains.
2. If that is the case is it required to conduct re mains as already the above said people written their mains, no new person is getting eligibility to write mains.
3. Have you applied for 172/ 140 posts or 312 posts?
4. Are you eligible for the posts in the zonal category post of counter part state?
5. Will both PSCs allow you write the mains for competing to state wide posts?

Fresh merit list for total marks 144 will be prepared, and then they will conduct the mains exams for all the candidates who selected for mains.
As per courts judgement,,,only the candiadates who attended for all 6 papers of mains are eligible to write re-mains..anything except this would violate courts order...APPSC would be very cautious abt next step as it as faced setbacks many a time at supremecourt..
Ball is in APPSC's Court. It can decide about the eligibility of the candidates who cleared prelims but did not attend mains. It is there in 2014 SC order.
2014 sc order is outdated.appsc has to follow the fresh verdict.they clearly said in the judgement that fresh list should be prepared .
Court has clearly mentioned to follow the previous judgement in every aspect..it has clarified nly two things in the recent final judgement----seperate exam and old syllabus..remaining things like eligibility criteria should be followed as per previous order as court has explicitly mentioned "subsequent to final order in previous judgement"APPSC should obey this,,no other option left..

@likitcool, That was a clear analysis consistent with the supreme court orders. Now only one thing is left to analyse. What are the six questions? Why are they being excluded? Did any expert panel rule the correctness/incorrectness of those six question? Last time I heard that those 6 questions were referred to an UPSC panel. The status of the six questions is controversial in my opinion. Anyone can correct me If I'm wrong on the status of the six questions. Now if any one or more candidates, that is Interviewed or Mains written but failed candidates miss out in the new list, they would feel clearly betrayed because again to my knowledge the correctness/incorrectness of the six questions is not without doubt. In my personal opinion I don't think that appsc would take any chance to delete any candidates from the original list. Anyways let's see what appsc will show us.

హైదరాబాద్, జూలై 7 (ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి) : రివైజ్డ్ ‘కీ’ ప్రకారం 2011 నాటి గ్రూప్-1 మెయిన్స్ మళ్లీ నిర్వహించాలన్న సుప్రీంకోర్టు తీర్పు నేపథ్యంలో.. మెయిన్స్ రాసేందుకు అర్హత కల్పించే అభ్యర్థుల నిష్పత్తి పెరగనుంది. గతంలో పరీక్ష రాసిన అభ్యర్థులకు అన్యాయం జరగకుండా ఉండేందుకు ఏపీపీఎస్సీ ఈ నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. ఈ నోటిఫికేషన్కు మాత్రమే ఈ అవకాశం కల్పించాలని రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వానికి సిఫారసు చేసింది. ఇప్పటివరకు ప్రిలిమ్స్ రాసిన అభ్యర్థుల నుంచి ఒక్కో పోస్టుకు మెరిట్ ప్రాతిపదికన 50 మందిని ఎంపిక చేసి మెయిన్స్ రాసేందుకు అర్హత కల్పిస్తున్నారు. ఇందుకు అనుగుణంగానే 2011 నోటిఫికేషన్లోని మొత్తం 312 పోస్టులకు 15,600 మంది మెయిన్స్ రాశారు. అయితే ప్రిలిమ్స్ ‘కీ’లో దొర్లిన తప్పిదాలతో అప్పటి రిక్రూట్మెంట్ న్యాయ వివాదాల్లో చిక్కుకోవడం, చివరికి రివైజ్డ్ ‘కీ’ ప్రకారం మళ్లీ మెయిన్స్ నిర్వహించాలని సుప్రీంకోర్టు తీర్పు చెప్పింది. రాష్ట్ర విభజన నేపథ్యంలో రెండు రాషా్ట్రల్లో వేర్వేరుగా మూడు నెలల్లోగా ఈ ప్రక్రియ జరపాలని స్పష్టంచేసింది. దీంతో అప్పట్లో ప్రిలిమ్స్ రాసిన అభ్యర్థుల నుంచి మళ్లీ మెయిన్స్కు అర్హత కల్పించాల్సిన పరిస్థితి ఏర్పడింది. అయితే పలు కారణాల వల్ల అప్పట్లో నోటిఫై చేసిన 312 పోస్టుల్లో కొన్నింటిని తగ్గించాల్సి వస్తోంది. సుప్రీంకోర్టు ఆదేశాలకు లోబడి టీఎ్సపీఎ్ససీకి 140 పోస్టులను ఇవ్వాలి. అలాగే 2003 నోటిఫికేషన్కు సంబంధించి భర్తీకాని 30 పోస్టులను 2011 నోటిఫికేషన్కు బదలాయింపు చేయకూడదని స్పష్టం చేసింది. దీంతో ఇందుకు సంబంధించిన రూల్-7ను అమలుచేయాలని ఏపీపీఎస్సీ నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. దీంతో ఏపీలో గ్రూప్-1 పోస్టుల సంఖ్య 142కు తగ్గనుంది. దీంతో సహజంగానే మెయిన్స్కు అర్హత కల్పించాల్సిన అభ్యర్థుల సంఖ్య తగ్గుతుంది. 1:50 నిష్పత్తి ప్రకారం 7,100 మంది అభ్యర్థులను మెయిన్స్కు ఎంపిక చేయాలి. అంటే గతంలో మెయిన్స్ రాసిన వారిలో 8,500 మందికి ఈసారి అవకాశం దక్కని పరిస్థితి. దీనిని దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకుని పాత అభ్యర్థులందరూ కవరయ్యేలా కటాఫ్ మార్కును నిర్ణయించేందుకు అనుమతివ్వాలని ఏపీపీఎస్సీ ప్రతిపాదించింది.

I don't think your option 2 will even exist in the backdrop of SC giving the judgement that 7711 candidates have forgone writing the exam on their own and will not be eligible to take the exam again.
Personally I feel that your option 1 is the only way out in the current scenario. I think roughly around 9000 candidates should write the mains exam in both states put together as per the SC judgement.
But again you never know the kind of new propositions these PSCs would come up with. Like in today's AndhraJyothy APPSC has come up with a new proposition of increasing the intake. The news item appears to be a little vague though. You can view it here - http://epaper.andhrajyothy.com/c/11552681

Hi friends, iam one of prelims qualified but mains absentee candidates. I'm in Central services now. As for my opinion what is the problem in allowing us to write mains. Supreme Court said we were absent on our own.
But, it was four long years ago. That time we had some big goals. Things were different at that time. As all of know things change as time progresses. Now, many of us are eagerly waiting for group 1 notification.
Few of my friends did not attend mains because we had upsc mains exam almost at the same time with hardly 15 days gap. We were with upsc at that time. But, few of us did not get any service.
When mains written n failed candidates are given chance what is the point of excluding us.
Today in adhrajyothi paper it has given group 1 in andhra Pradesh may be held in August last week..

Today's news item in Eenadu says that APPSC has decided to conduct the exam on the specified dates in September. Are the dates same for Telangana also? Or Will the TSPSC announce separate dates? Does anyone have any idea as to when they will put up the list of qualified candidates for this remains?

There is another news in Eenadu today that APPSC Chairman has said TS people will be selected under non-local for AP. It means we all can write two mains exams - one by TPSC and another by APPSC. Is this correct?

There is no official announcement yet but it is expected in a couple of days maximum by Monday. It seems the schedule is correct. Coaching for remains has also started at an institute in Dilsukhnagar.
There is a possibility that both the PSCs will conduct during the same time. It seems TSPSC is planning to start from 9th Sept. (unconfirmed news)

1. Whether APPSC and TSPSC sat together and discussed for conducting remains?
2. As per the judgement initially notified syllabus only be the syllabus for remains. So for 5 th paper what will be the syllabus ? Changed syllabus or notified syllabus
3. Is it valid conducting mains by both PSCs on same dates?

Ya..may be they are looking for high court judgement.finally i came to understand that both commissions are not interested on conducting exam.
it would be better to face directly.why these commissions are responding more to media and interview aspirants. if commission say anything about remains there should be press note at least or press meet to all channels.

Ap govt is also very lazy about un employment. There is no clarity on age relaxation.telangana govt is better than ap govt. It has given 45 yrs.only god knows about ap govt decission on age relaxation.

How many are going to write Remains
Initially 16,000 Qualified for Exam and 7711 Aspirants were Absentee for Main Exam . As per Supreme court order these 7711 Aspirants were Excluded for Remains
So 16,000-7711 = 8289 Were eligible for Remains
209 were also eligible for Remains as per Supreme court order
8289 + 209 =8498 were eligible to write Remains
When POSTS were divided between TSPSC /APPSC in 140:140
APPSC /TSPSC will select in 1:50 Ratio
140 +140= 280 Posts
280*50=14000
So 14,000 will write remains in Both states of that 8289 who wrote Remains but failed + Interviewed Candidates + 209 was included
14,000-8289=5711 aspirants NEW ASPIRANTS
5711 Members are New ASPIRANTS not 209
So 5711 New Members list has to Publish by Both TSPSC/APPSC as they are eligible to write Remains
With out publishing the list of 5711 members How can Remains will Be conducted ?

Total posts in appsc 140 no of candidates are 9000aprx ratio is going to nearly 70 that's why APPSC is trying to resolve obstical before conducting main exam

hi frnds, Is there any reason/conspiracy behind APPSC not releasing the merit list of qualified candidates in Prelims and also the Cut-off? How can one know the he/she is qualified accg to the new list? Isn't it unethical on the part of APPSC to go ahead with Mains schedule without even revealing the merit list? Some of my friends who appeared for at least one paper of Mains have been put in the list of qualified candidates while some others who did not attempt any paper of Mains have not been put in qualified list for remains. But according to the Court's judgement APPSC should have either disqualified all those candidates who remained absent even for a single paper or selected all the candidates whether they have appeared for all the papers or not
please share your opinion when did appsc group1 new(direct) exam notification we can expect.i am a new aspirant for this exam.is it this time enough to prepare this exam.and how many months it will take ps pls give answer anyone.
Till now the TSPSC has not made any statement regarding this exam. It is the APPSC which has given the exam dates and also announced the list of candidates. Should it be assumed that the dates of the mains exam for Telangana candidates also will be the same i.e. 6-Sept?

in new list some absent candidates (out of 6 papers attend only 3 papers) also allow the remains
iam qualify last mains but some paers not attempt (put of 6 only 3 papers attended) at present also iam in remains list . this list is correct
See Today's Andhra Jyothi Paper.. Chairman sir has agreed to correct the revised list which also included some absentees and excluded people who attended all papers.

It is apparent that APPSC has not learnt from its previous mistakes and been continuing to do so in future too. The erroneous key and merit list are the key evidences to show how it has played with the lives of aspirants. It is pathetic to see that the APPSC chairman has released an erroneous merit list and accpeted to publish a new list accordingly. What was wrong while drawing the merit list as per the revised key? Doesn't it prove that APPSC has even played even with SC by saying that 209 candidates would be qualified if the list is revised with 144 questions and now it has come up with 196. HAI FRIENDS , I QUALIFIED 2011 MAINS EXAM BUT NOT ATTEND ALL PAPERS (OUT OF 6 3 PAPERS ATEND) BUT AT PRESENT QUALIFY REMAINS EXAM. THIS NEW LIST CORRECT.

Its not correct.Check these Hall ticket numbers and their marks as per APPSC website list. Hall ticket number 91702323 - 75 marks. 91702493 - 73 marks. 91845209 - 79 marks. All the above candidates name is in Prelims qualified list for remains. What is more shocking is that their numbers are also in Interview candidates list as per previous mains. Apart from these, Hall Ticket number 91843806 with 70 marks was also in Interview candidates list. How come these candidates got through Prelims & Mains and even attended Interview last time.

Its not correct.Check these Hall ticket numbers and their marks as per APPSC website list. Hall ticket number 91702323 - 75 marks. 91702493 - 73 marks. 91845209 - 79 marks. All the above candidates name is in Prelims qualified list for remains. What is more shocking is that their numbers are also in Interview candidates list as per previous mains. Apart from these, Hall Ticket number 91843806 with 70 marks was also in Interview candidates list. How come these candidates got through Prelims & Mains and even attended Interview last time.
hii anonymousforum, thanx for sharing da info. This is what I hv been trying to tell you guys. The whole list has been manipulated and the merit is also compramised. Even if you put in lots of efforts, you are not gonna qualify for Interview. It is clearly evident from the series of actions done by APPSC. So,plz raise your voice and file a petition against this ill mannered recruitent process...
Till now, APPSC has not clarified about 196 out of 209 as was submitted in SC. Plz share ur thoughts..
