The order of 20/01/2014 is placed on the supreme court website. I am pasting only the conclusion below:
In the circumstances, we modify our order dated 7.10.2013 to this extent that it will be permissible to the A.P. Public Service Commission to restrict the participation in the main examination to be held now to the approximately 16,000 candidates who have passed the fresh preliminary examination
after excluding the above referred 7711 candidates. We further add that there will be age relaxation in favour of the candidates if any, who have crossed the age bar, because of the litigation. All the I.As. stand disposed of accordingly.

@navin kiran. the news at ashok nagar is that those who did not pass prelims are going to file a slp and also who did not write mains. if sc admits any more slp's, then it is better to kiss this notification goodbye.
@Raja Sekhar, I personally feel that SC admitting any more SLPs looks highly unlikely. The one question that is on most candidates' minds is the probable dates of exam. What would be your guess?
@lucky, I don't think that APPSC will file a review petition. Because a review is justified only when there was a serious error in the judgment or a glaring omission which the bench failed to notice.
Keeping this in mind I am not too sure if APPSC has such serious and glaring data to file a review.
@navin kiran, I still cant bring round myself into thinking that we have seen the last of the high voltage action surrounding the present case. Since appsc is never in a hurry and also there is no statute of limitation in this case, exams before may 2014 seem to be a very distant probability.

Dear friends: If you have any Government job, or good private job then fine, continue your preparation, notification will come in one or two years or before next election -2019, otherwise my advice is first put all your effort on search better other jobs based on your qualification or start your own business. Once settle you start groups preparation, don't wait for groups..

I heard that APPSC Review petition 778 of 2014 is expected to come for hearing in July 2014
I believe notification will not be cancelled at all and also conducting mains to all the students is highly impossible at this point.
Possible options could be
1.Decalre the interview results as it is.
2.Conduct mains to only 200 plus students
There are more chances of the notification getting cancelled. How can they release the results or conduct re-mains in this situation?

SC itself has declared that there will be no two mains. So interview results will be declared anytime. I guess salary arrears will be given. Non Interview candidates have failed miserably in their quest to deny the fruit of jobs and glory to the deserved gladiators of the competitive arena. Interview people have ruled the justice system and have come out with resplendent glory to claim what is rightfully ours.
@vagdhati..salary arrears will be given for six months. Another news is that new mains will be conducted only for interview qualified and the newly qualified 200 candidates, so there will be no two mains. So get prepared to write new mains.

Clearly The Supreme court in its Judgement ,January 2014 mentioned the Reason as Follows :
209 candidates will answer one set of question papers
whereas those who had passed the main examination on the earlier occasion, had answered another set of question papers. This will not withstand scrutiny of Article 14 of the Constitution of India, since two sets of candidates will be tested on the basis of two different sets of examination papers. It is ultimately their ranking in the main examination which is going to be relevant. Therefore, the main examination has to be a common examination for all those who are now held to be eligible on the basis of their passing the preliminary examination.
Whether it is 2 Bench Judgement or Higher Bench Judgement , the Same Verdict will Follow as per the Constitution
WHY MAINS FAILED CANDITATES ARE ALLOWED TO WRITE REMAINS?
Reason 1 : the main examination has to be a common
examination for all those who are now held to be eligible on the basis of
their passing the preliminary examination.

Reason 2 : As mains Failed Candidates has Competed with Incompetent 209 Candidates who will be kept away with fresh list , they got Right to Write Remains

It seems the reason that is being propounded for not cancelling the notification is not based on sound logic.The same age relaxation ( it can be argued) to be given afresh at the time of new notification!
Clearly the hopes of any favorable judgment for the Interviewed people had received a setback when the SC ordered for re-mains. It is only hoping against hope that SC will now reverse its earlier decision in the review petition.Exempli Gratia(for example) Once AP bifuraction was announced, once the decision was taken, there was no going back, no matter how a section of people felt. So, What are the options now, that, it is clear beyond reasonable doubt that Interview results will not be declared.
